Yoga postures help to stretch, tone and strengthen the body, whilst focusing on the breath, movement and stability help to control the mind. You are encouraged to become inwardly aware of the body during Yoga practice and progressively discover how regular Yoga can help you achieve good health, a strong supple body and a clear calm mind.
